    Use it in a little atomizer spray bottle. 10 squirts, sniff each,lean over put head between knees. Plug other nostri. Sniff and blow out 8-10 timed. Do other side. (LIKE GARGLING IN YOUR NOSE)2x daily. Sinus infections will be thing of the past. In the last 15-20 years I only had problems when I skipped this daily routine. Love the product.

    I've used this product off and on for 10 years. It's even withst6ood a long stay in the freezer only to be opened again and used as it was intended. To me it is similar to XLEAR and NasalCrom and used almost interchangeably.
